Bio

 

The EPIC Trio met by chance in 2006 when Lucas' university choir did an exchange with Liz and Carole's university. They met in Brandon, MB, and a spark fueled years of brilliant music making. 

EPIC Trio has performed and led workshops in Canada, the US, France, and Portugal.

 

They bring energy and authenticity to every audience and experience, combining a love for folk traditions new and old. 

​

Their group focus is on French and Canadian folk traditions, but they dive elsewhere when inspiration hits.  Their repertoire also includes Scandinavian, Irish and Appalachian folk traditions.
